Creative Foam Corporation in Dayton, OH is hiring a Production Engineer to lead production procedures and drive process improvements across foam manufacturing. You will work closely with engineering and operations to optimize workflows and ensure quality.

The role requires hands-on design and engineering of processes, knowledge of foam materials, and troubleshooting skills. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with on-site duties and opportunities to contribute to cost reduction and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control production procedures; lead process-change projects.
• Develop processes for manufacturing through in-house and vendor programs.
• Responsible for the accurate and adequate storage of engineering records and documents to provide support and verification of process and product changes.
• Design and engineer production processes.
• Some knowledge of foam material in production.
• Mechanical ability for machine buildup and repair.
• 2+ years experience with Controls.
• 2+ years troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of polypro foam and polyethylene foam a plus.
