Job summary

Creative Foam Corp in Dayton, OH seeks a Process Engineer to plan and optimize production procedures and lead process-improvement projects. You will develop manufacturing processes using in-house and supplier programs, and ensure accurate storage of engineering records for verification of changes.

The role requires knowledge of foam materials, mechanical aptitude for machine maintenance, and 2+ years in controls and troubleshooting to drive reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Plan and control production procedures, lead projects to implement process changes.
• Develop processes to manufacture products using in-house and vendor programs.
• Maintain storage of engineering records to verify process and product changes.
• Design and engineer production processes and equipment layouts.
• Some knowledge of foam materials used in production.
• Mechanical ability for machine buildup and repair.
• 2+ years experience with Controls and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of polyprop foam and polyethylene foam is a plus.
