Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in CI, Process Engineering or Project Engineering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to meet plant goals.
• Monitor process performance with metrics and address adverse trends.
• Design and apply statistical evaluations (MSA, DOE, capability) as required.
• Support quality and manufacturing needs for programs and SOPs.
