Qualifications

• BA or equivalent required; MA preferred; 3+ years related experience or MA with 1+ year.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Identify areas to improve existing processes to boost productivity and quality.
• Manage testing for process improvements and new product development.
• Lead design reviews and conduct process studies as required.
• Collaborate with operations to optimize machine throughput and OEE.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve product quality and first-pass yield.
