Job summary

Graphic Packaging International in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to oversee technical management, maintenance, and development of production lines, with a focus on Safety, Quality, Productivity, and OEE.

You will collaborate across production, reliability, maintenance, and quality teams to optimize processes, lead projects from justification to installation, and ensure compliance with SQF and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent field required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project or reliability engineering, maintenance, or operations.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing; paper or folding carton industry desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels; proficient in SAP.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to production, maintenance, reliability, and quality groups to solve problems and improve processes.
• Improve manufacturing processes by identifying root causes of equipment failures.
• Manage project life cycle from justification to installation and documentation.
• Develop reliability studies and implement design improvements.
• Support SQF safety procedures and compliance activities.
