You will lead process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma, design control strategies, perform root-cause analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and transfers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Data-driven approaches to analyze and optimize processes.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Design and implement process control strategies and systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and process transfers.
• Generate and maintain process documentation, including PFDs, P&IDs, and SOPs.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and equipment to enhance production capabilities.
