• Use SPC and data analysis tools to monitor performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transfer new products from R&D to manufacturing.
• Drive continuous improvement via Lean/Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes to cut costs and improve efficiency.
• Analyze deviations, identify root causes, implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain process docs (flowcharts, WIs, PFDs).
