Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of process control systems, P&IDs, and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for process deviations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations and quality issues.
• Design and execute experiments (DOE) to evaluate process parameters and material characteristics.
• Create and maintain process documentation, including PFDs, P&IDs, SOPs, and control plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and R&D, to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor process performance using statistical process control (SPC) and other analytical tools.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
