Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze complex processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
• Proficiency with process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Experience with Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and safety reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement process control strategies to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Conduct root cause analysis of process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transfer new products and processes from R&D to production.
• Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Create and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and flowcharts.
