Job summary

State Industrial Products is seeking a Process Engineer to drive process improvements across Manufacturing and Operations, with focus on safety and ISO procedures.

You will troubleshoot formula processing, identify opportunities, source equipment, and develop packaging specs to deliver measurable results.

Bachelor of Science in Engineering and 3–5 years in manufacturing, plus experience with SAP, AutoCAD and MS Office, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred.
• Experience in R&D, Operations, Regulatory and Finance, preferred.
• Familiar with six sigma/lean manufacturing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Trouble-shoot process and quality issues with formula processing within Manufacturing.
• Identify operational opportunities and propose changes to upgrade, improve or streamline processes and facilities within the SIP network.
• Source new equipment as needed.
• Develop specifications for new packaging.
• Drive measurable results and impact of process changes.
• Follow established ISO Procedures.
