Qualifications

• Post-secondary education (technical cert./associate/bachelor) with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven record of process improvement and ability to streamline processes.
• Experience with tooling design, fixtures, jigs, and/or templates desired.
• Experience in high-demand contract/OE manufacturing with electro-mechanical components.
• Demonstrated quality improvement project accomplishments preferred.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma Black Belt experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes to improve safety, throughput, efficiencies, yields, and costs.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in production, including training in tooling usage and lean tools.
