Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Internship experience related to process engineering.
• Experience with ISO9001 or similar quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for manufacturing concerns.
• Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining quality.
• Data collection and analysis to drive data-based decisions.
• Control of non-conforming material flow; cooperate with shift QA.
• Support customer concerns and corrective actions.
• Ensure supplier corrective action effectiveness for incoming material issues.
• Participate in kaizen events and internal audits.
• Validate and release processes for new products and changes.
• Define preventive measures and act as owner of the Control Plan.
• Drive new process technology and continuous improvement; meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with product development, maintenance, and shift area managers.
