Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical and hands-on problem solving
• Strong planning, organization, and time management
• Solid project management and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience with Six Sigma and Lean methods is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own and support assigned manufacturing processes to ensure safe, consistent operation
• Establish and maintain process specifications, work instructions, controls and monitoring
• Track and audit product/process results to meet material properties and quality standards
• Collaborate with R&D to develop reliable processes for new products
• Optimize equipment scheduling and utilization with planning and leadership
• Support APQP programs for new products and capital planning
• Develop manufacturing methods and cost estimates for new products
• Provide hands-on engineering guidance to operators and technicians
