Job summary

You will drive process improvements, sustaining engineering, and capital equipment qualification while collaborating with Design Engineering and cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, DOE studies, and implementing improvements to meet cost, quality, delivery, and safety targets in a clean, controlled manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or related field.
• Experience with continuous improvement and lean tools is preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to meet cost, quality, delivery, and safety targets.
• Lead or participate in manufacturing process improvement projects.
• Perform DOEs and trials to optimize processes and yield.
• Lead capital equipment planning, design, installation, and qualification (DQ/IQ/PQ).
• Support Design Engineering with process and tooling input.
• Monitor processes and drive sustaining engineering activities.
• Comply with safety and environmental requirements.
