Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS) seeks a Process Engineer to lead assembly process development from concept to cost- and capacity-justified production. You will implement automated processes, apply LEAN tools, and drive PFMEA, CP/CPK, and DOE studies to improve quality, safety, and efficiency.
The role requires hands-on design of tooling with 3D CAD, familiarity with DFM, and collaboration with internal and external teams across regions. This on-site position is based in Valley Green, PA.

This position manages all technical and process control aspects, develop plans, coordinates, tracks, qualifies and implements assembly processes from conceptual design into functional assemblies that meet Amphenol cost, delivery, and capacity needs while meeting all customers' requirements. Develop automated processes and monitor areas of continues improvement in quality, safety, cost, and efficiency including SMED, TPM (LEAN tools) and other tasks via a structured development process. Assist with costing, capital and capacity projections in preparation of financial justifications for new products in development and for product changes or extensions. Complete process development deliverables including PFMEA's, Process Qualification Plan, Control Plans, Workmanship standards and DOE's related to process development.
