Job summary

Harbour Industries LLC in Shelburne, VT is seeking a Process Engineer to oversee extrusion, stranding, cabling, and related manufacturing processes. You will lead root-cause analyses, implement corrective actions, and driveLean initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.

You will develop and validate processes, create SOPs, and collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations to integrate new equipment and technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with extrusion, stranding, cabling, or insulation processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on technical support for extrusion, stranding, cabling, and related processes.
Lead root cause analysis of quality and downtime issues with sustainable corrective actions.
Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives with measurable results.
Develop SOPs and process documentation; analyze data to drive optimization.
Evaluate new equipment and technologies in collaboration with vendors.
