Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in process engineering or continuous improvement.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or similar improvement methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Experience in distribution, warehousing, or manufacturing operations preferred.
• SQL strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Map current-state processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste
• Analyze operational data to identify root causes of performance issues
• Design and document improved process workflows
• Develop and test process changes, including pilots before full rollout
• Build business cases for process improvements, including cost/benefit analysis
• Establish metrics and monitoring to track process performance post-implementation
• Support capacity planning and throughput modeling
• Collaborate with automation and IT teams when process changes involve system or equipment changes
