Job summary

The role requires hands-on experience with process engineering, Lean principles, and CAD familiarity. You will work with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective manufacturing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience with process, project engineering and/or production capacity improvements.
• Familiarity with GD&T, CAD, lean methods and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes including production flow, assembly methods and equipment.
• Create work instructions based on standard time data for production cycles.
• Support capital projects from scope through production ramp-up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Lead safety reviews and implement value-improving practices.
