You will support shop-floor operations daily, investigate improvements, troubleshoot processing, and introduce new technologies while coordinating with engineering and maintenance teams. Responsibilities include leading continuous improvement projects, developing standardized work, training staff, and ensuring new-product launches meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of automated assembly processes and Lean principles.
• Experience presenting technical data to suppliers/customers.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Self-starter with strong project management and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Improve safety, quality and efficiency on manufacturing processes through daily shop-floor support.
• Investigate and implement improvements; troubleshoot processes and equipment.
• Train operators and technicians on processing techniques and changes.
• Lead cross-functional teams on PFMEA and continuous improvement projects.
• Plan layouts, tooling, and processes for new product introductions.
• Provide rapid technical support to minimize downtime and drive root-cause analysis.
