Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Process Engineer (m/f/d) in Sobernheim, Germany to lead the maintenance department, own process performance, standards and continuous improvement. You will drive PDCA cycles, plan optimization and maintenance, execute troubleshooting, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with production, projects and new equipment definitions.

Qualifications

Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience in chemical or process industries.
Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

Lead the maintenance department and own process performance and improvements.
Plan optimization, debottlenecking, maintenance plans, and technical requirements.
Troubleshoot, implement process improvements, and coordinate with production.
Monitor KPIs and support audits; manage small-to-medium projects.
Train personnel and promote safety culture.
