Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 4-year Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering program; current Sophomore status.
• GPA 2.75 or higher.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Work in the draw departments to improve production efficiency and product quality; assist in standards implementation.
• Perform time studies and collaborate with operators to identify root causes and improve processes.
• Analyze and optimize processes to support operational excellence.
