• Proficient in Microsoft Office and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvements through control efforts, training, and scheduling.
• Improve process capability via analysis and equipment upgrades.
• Ensure safe operation and minimize hazards in equipment modifications.
• Incorporate safe work practices and ergonomic risk controls.
• Manage lab spaces, 3D print lab, and supplies.
• Coordinate procurement and installation of new equipment with suppliers.
• Provide insights and deliverables for new/modified products and ensure smooth transition to manufacturing.
• Support preventive maintenance and address gaps.
• Prepare and update engineering docs, instructions, and procedures.
• Maintain Engineering Masters and Quality Documentation.
• Lead and report progress on key projects with sound engineering methods.
