Roadtex is seeking a motivated Process Engineer Intern to join our engineering team. You will assist in the analysis and optimization of existing manufacturing processes, support the development and implementation of process improvements, and gain hands-on experience in a climate-controlled warehouse environment.

This 10-week paid internship offers mentorship from experienced engineers, valuable real-world projects, networking opportunities, and a clear path toward potential full-time

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Familiarity with CAD software or process simulation tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the analysis and optimization of existing manufacturing processes.
• Support the development and implementation of process improvements.
• Conduct data collection and analysis to identify trends and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process design and validation.
• Participate in root cause analysis for process-related issues and recommend solutions.
• Document findings and contribute to project reports and presentations.
