Requirements

• Must be able to start May 24th, 2027 and complete the entire 10‑week program.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Ability to look at PMI programs.
• Strong understanding of automation design, and continuous process improvement methodologies.
• Basic understanding of process engineering principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong ability to problem‑solve.
• Familiarity with CAD software or process simulation tools is a plus.
• Ability to determine ROI on automation and semi automation equipment.
• Able to work in our Greenfield facility 5 days a week and travel to the Echo Chicago headquarters as needed.
