Qualifications

• Enrolled and working toward a degree with a concentration in Paper Science, Chemistry or Engineering.
• Minimum of 1 full year of coursework completed; preference for 2+ years.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA in your field of study.

Responsibilities

• Work with Technical and Operations on process efficiency improvements and cost savings.
• Attend leadership meetings and report tasks.
• Identify paper defects with engineers and participate in trials.
• Assist in creating or updating standard operating procedures.
• Engage in mill projects and leadership-directed tasks.
