Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Document and improve manufacturing processes for components, connectors, cable assemblies, and harnesses.
• Assist with process validation and Quality System compliance.
• Create clear work instructions for NPIs under supervision.
• Support cross-functional teams and time studies with manufacturing and assembly.
• Assist with basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
