Job summary

ExxonMobil’s Gulf Coast Growth Ventures near Corpus Christi, TX seeks a Process Engineer to enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency of our manufacturing assets. You will apply process engineering principles, data analytics, and cross-functional teamwork to address day-to-day challenges and drive long-term improvements.

The role requires collaborating with operations, maintenance and project teams, communicating findings through reports and presentations, and contributing to risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of oil and gas / petrochemical industry experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve process-related issues using engineering fundamentals and data analysis.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance asset performance.
• Participate in risk assessment to ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Develop understanding of process tech, equipment interactions, and constraints.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance and project teams to deliver sustainable solutions.
• Engage with subject matter experts and networks to share best practices.
• Communicate findings and project results through reports and presentations.
