Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking a Process Engineer to enhance the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our Gulf Coast manufacturing assets near Corpus Christi, TX. You will apply process engineering principles, analytics, and cross-functional teamwork to address day-to-day challenges and pursue long-term improvements.

You will monitor process performance, support technology initiatives, and contribute to risk management to ensure safe, sustainable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years' experience in oil and gas / petrochemical industry or related sector.
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve process-related issues using engineering fundamentals and data analysis.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance asset performance.
• Participate in risk assessment to ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and project teams to implement solutions.
• Communicate findings through presentations and reports.
