Responsibilities

• Mentor engineers on design practices, unit health monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Provide off-hours support for abnormal operations and turnarounds.
• Support development of long-term vision and strategy for product-line improvements.
• Organize and design plant testing and product trials.
• Lead or support teams to set objectives and ensure priorities are aligned.
