Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a skilled RDQ engineer to lead process design and deployment for innovation, growth and cost optimization across geographies. You will manage scale-up, commissioning and external partnerships while ensuring GMP and HACCP compliance.

Ideal candidates have a strong engineering background, lean six sigma experience, and ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights. Collaboration with RDQ, marketing, and manufacturing is essential.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma experience and/or certification preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical work across multiple projects aligned with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements.
• Lead process design, scale-up and commissioning per GMP and HACCP.
• Generate process information using modelling and simulation.
• Manage stakeholders and influence decisions based on data interpretation.
• Create consumer-centric process specifications and IP.
• Coach and mentor others within the process community.
