Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Process Engineer to support a leading food manufacturer’s nutrition and snack bar portfolio. The role partners with R&D and manufacturing to scale new products into production and execute plant trials.

You will troubleshoot processes, analyze data, and identify manufacturing risks while collaborating across cross-functional teams and traveling to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of engineering experience in process engineering.
• Food processing or food manufacturing experience.
• Experience supporting R&D/product development and commercial scale-up.
• Experience with plant trials and process troubleshooting.
• Able to work cross-functionally in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours around trials.
