Job summary

Injectech, LLC is seeking a Process Engineer to monitor and optimize its injection molding processes at the Fort Collins site. You will perform data-driven analysis, lead root cause investigations, and work with cross-functional teams to improve quality and efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering and 1+ years in injection molding, with preference for medical device manufacturing and ISO-regulated environments. On-site role with standard daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 1+ years inInjection Molding processes, medical device industry preferred.
• Experience with ISO-regulated environments and GMP-like documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze injection molding processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Conduct process audits, collect data, and perform statistical analysis to assess performance.
• Investigate molding defects and process deviations using RCA methodologies.
• Implement corrective/preventive actions to address issues and prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with tooling, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure equipment readiness.
