Job summary

Injectech, LLC is seeking an Injection Molding Technician for on-site work in Fort Collins, CO. The role supports medical-device manufacturing with strong emphasis on process control and cleanroom standards.

Expect hands-on setup, mold changes, and validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) while documenting actions and maintaining quality. The schedule is Sun-Thu, 6:30am-3:00pm, with a focus on continuous improvement and teamwork.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; technical certification or assoc degree preferred.
2+ years hands-on injection molding experience in regulated manufacturing.
Cleanroom experience and IQ/OQ/PQ validation exposure preferred.
Formal injection molding/plastics processing cert (SIM) preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate injection molding machines, robotics, and auxiliary equipment per procedures.
Perform mold installations, start-ups, changeovers, and shutdowns in cleanrooms.
Monitor process parameters; troubleshoot deviations and improve stability.
Document process settings, mold history, deviations, and actions per ISO 13485.
Participate in DOE studies, validations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Train technicians in molding, cleanroom practices, and procedures.
Maintain 6S in a safe, organized work area; follow all safety rules.
