Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking two Process Engineers with hands-on injection molding experience to join our engineering team in Fall River, MA. The role focuses on driving continuous improvement, optimizing production parameters, and supporting high-precision manufacturing operations.

Your responsibilities include setting up and troubleshooting molding processes, collaborating across functions, and implementing corrective actions to improve OEE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with plastic injection molding machinery, tooling, and process troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Set up, troubleshoot, and optimize injection molding processes to maximize yield and minimize cycle times.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and tooling teams to improve OEE and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations and scrap reduction.
• Assist in tool sampling, NPI, and scientific molding trials.
• Establish SOPs and process documentation to standardize operations.
• Participate in Lean/Six Sigma initiatives across the manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities Include

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing
• Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience: Hands-on experience with plastic injection molding machinery, tooling, and
• process troubleshooting.
• Technical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and a solid
• foundation in mechanical principles.
• Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new manufacturing technologies and specialized
