Job summary

Leonardo DRS is seeking a Process Engineer II - Photo in Dallas, TX to drive photolithography process development and improvement. The role focuses on developing and enhancing photolithography processes, troubleshooting tools, and leading projects to meet schedule and budget in a manufacturing environment.

The candidate will work with ASML Steppers and TEL Mark 8 coat/develop systems, support DOE/DMAC workflows, and spend time in cleanrooms as needed.

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Materials Science and Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
  • Experience: 2+ years

Responsibilities

  • Hands on experience using, troubleshooting, and maintaining photo tools
  • Sustain and improve current and develop new processes in the photolithography area
  • Provide technical knowledge and assistance to other engineers and support personnel
  • Working knowledge of DOE, SPC, and formal problem solving methods such as DMAIC
  • Design, develop, and document new or improved processes and equipment
  • Willingness to spend extended periods of time in manufacturing areas or cleanrooms
  • Lead and complete projects on schedule and budget

Job Summary

We are looking to add a new member to our Focal Plane Array team to help provide the vision and technical expertise necessary to drive our development activities needed to lead the industry in product capability and manufacturability.We are looking for someone who can develop and/or improve processes in the Photolithography area.

Job Responsibilities
  • Hands on experience using, troubleshooting, and maintaining photo tools

DESIRED SKILLS
  • Experience with a variety of Photolithography equipment and processes.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with programming and operation ASML Steppers a must.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with programming and operation TEL Mark 8 coat develop systems a plus.
  • Knowledge of and experience with DSW Steppers a plus.
  • Experience with process control and development using Positive and Negative photoresist
  • Experience coating resist over high topographies a plus.
  • Experience with antireflective coating, contratst enhancement material, etc. a plus.
  • Interact with management, peers, technicians, and support personnel to coordinate technical activities and progress reports

U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
