Job summary

CSAT Solutions in Houston, TX seeks a Process Engineer II to lead new product introductions, drive process improvements, and serve as a front-facing technical representative across operations, quality, and engineering teams.

You will apply Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methods, develop standard work, and mentor teammates while ensuring ISO 9001 compliance and quality system integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years in process/manufacturing engineering with proven project leadership.
• Strong Lean and Six Sigma knowledge with process mapping and RCA.
• Proficient in Excel; intermediate data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with AutoCAD for layout and process drawings.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI programs ensuring process readiness, documentation, and training.
• Own and drive process and product improvements from start to finish.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, and external stakeholders.
• Lead Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma activities for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain standardized work instructions.
• Present project status, KPIs, and executive summaries.
• Analyze process data to identify trends and risks.
• Mentor or supervise assigned personnel as needed.
• Ensure ISO 9001 and quality system compliance.
• Support engineering technicians with computer repair services as needed.
