Job summary

Integra seeks a Manufacturing Engineer in Houston to design and optimize production processes, lead NPI, and drive continuous improvement across the plant floor. You will collaborate with design, quality, and operations teams to meet cost and performance targets.

The role delivers process design, cost management, and compliance with EHS standards, while developing staff and aligning procedures with customer and company requirements. A results-driven mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Capable of working under minimal supervision and prioritizes tasks to take the appropriate action.
• Thorough knowledge of production and processes.
• Excellent coordination skills to enable cooperation with technical staff, production staff and Management.
• Efficient problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and reporting skills to Management to evaluate risk and reward with developments including recommendations to procure capital equipment.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and translate design to production.
• Monitor production, identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with internal policies and external regulatory and EHS requirements.
• Collaborate with design engineers, production staff, quality teams, and operations leadership.
• Provide leadership, training, and coaching to manufacturing team members.
• Oversee SOPs and alignment with customer and company requirements.
