Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of related Process Engineering experience.
• Understanding of process improvement methodologies.
• Experience with electro-mechanical systems and manufacturing equipment; working knowledge of electronics/data acquisition systems.
• MS Office Suite and CAD software proficiency.
• Experience with quality management systems preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
• Commitment to Sigma Design Core Values; pass a post-offer background verification.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop assembly processes and process control for standard operations.
• Maintain and update manufacturing control plans with minimal oversight.
• Provide Design for Manufacturing feedback for moderately complex products.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives for material flow and waste reduction.
• Create comprehensive work instructions and process documentation.
• Plan and execute equipment introduction activities including validation testing.
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate process requirements to teammates and stakeholders.
• Participate actively in cross-functional project teams.
• Support root cause analysis for quality issues.
• Follow Business Technology policies to protect sensitive data and reduce information security occurrences.
