Job summary

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operation and introduce new products with safety compliance.

This role requires a ABET-accredited Bachelor's Degree and 2–4 years of experience, with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification; 5–7 years and Green/Black Belt are preferred.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Bachelor's Degree required
• 2–4 years of experience required in engineering
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and improves manufacturing or production processes to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Adheres to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout all process operations.
• Diagnoses and resolves process-related problems to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
• Applies Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to drive cost reduction and efficiency gains.
• Creates and maintains process flow diagrams, SOPs, and technical reports.
• Works with design, quality, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure seamless process integration.
• Assists in scaling up and validating processes for new products or technologies.
• Ensure machinery and tools operate within specified parameters for optimal output.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers, hourly team members, and other staff on process changes or best practices.
