Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an ABET accreditied program.
  • 2-4 Years of Experience.
  • Field(s) of Expertise: Engineering.
  • Certificates/Licenses: Lean and Six Sigma Green Belt.

Responsibilities

  • Designs, implements, and improves manufacturing or production processes to maximize efficiency and quality.
  • Adheres to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout all process operations.
  • Diagnoses and resolves process-related problems to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
  • Applies Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to drive cost reduction and efficiency gains.
  • Creates and maintains process flow diagrams, SOPs, and technical reports.
  • Works with design, quality, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure seamless process integration.
  • Assists in scaling up and validating processes for new products or technologies.
  • Ensure machinery and tools operate within specified parameters for optimal output.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers, hourly team members, and other staff on process changes or best practices.
  • Collaborates with IT and engineering teams to integrate digital tools.

Job Summary

The Process Engineer II is responsible for the development, standardization, quality, and continuous improvement of processes and products.
