Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Process Engineer II in Pennsylvania to evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and develop best practices across production lines. You will oversee project timelines, mentor Level I engineers, and drive improvements in process capability and production volume.

Responsibilities include analyzing workflow, optimizing layouts, ensuring safety and quality standards, and using LEAN methods to deliver measurable gains.

Formación

• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
• Lean principles knowledge and organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage large project timelines and resources.
• Provide oversight to Level I Process Engineers.
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements.
• Identify equipment, processes and tooling to meet specifications.
• Improve workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
• Maintain reliable, safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates and yields.
• Develop innovative solutions and improve process capability and production volume.
• Develop and implement systems that optimize all phases of the production process.
• Assist in price quote development and job costing reviews.
• Participate in LEAN manufacturing activities.
