Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in high-volume manufacturing or industrial automation.
• Experience with 5S, Lean, JIT, or Kaizen approaches.
• Experience working with equipment vendors and suppliers.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop processes to replace current methods with more efficient, stable, and high-quality ones.
• Validate and implement equipment with cross-functional teams.
• Document process steps to ensure work standardization.
• Identify opportunities for product, equipment, and process improvements across facilities.
• Support 5S and lean manufacturing concepts to boost efficiency, quality, and safety.
