Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Chemical, Mechanical, Biochemical or Petroleum Engineering.
• EIT preferred; PE certification or CPIP preferred on eligibility.
• 1+ year of industrial process design experience in chemical/petroleum/biochemical fields.
• Familiarity with design codes, standards, and safety concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design less complex process engineering assignments and assist on larger, complex tasks.
• Develop conceptual layouts and cost studies for efficient solutions.
• Prepare estimate-level designs and material take-offs.
• Produce detail design calculations and construction drawings.
• Check calculations for accuracy and assist drafting teams with detailing.
• Collaborate with discipline leads to ensure timely information flow.
• Provide on-site support and field data collection as needed.
• Travel for on-site work, meetings, or training as required.
