Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field related to manufacturing or process engineering.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or progress toward certification.
• Strong engineering principles applied in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Support cell manufacturing processes with standard procedures and established methods.
• Assist with process improvement, equipment optimization, and manufacturing support projects.
• Monitor, audit, and validate manufacturing processes to meet specifications.
• Document SOPs, work instructions, and troubleshooting guides.
