Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or batch processing environments.
- Hands-on experience supporting production, including troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with SPC, data analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma preferred).
Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-step chemical processes including charging, heating/cooling, sequencing, and batch control.
- Identify inefficiencies, reduce variability, and improve yield through data-driven process improvements.
- Support transition of formulations from lab/pilot to full-scale manufacturing.
