Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 2–3 years’ experience, CAD/SolidWorks proficiency, and strong analytical skills. This role offers a path for growth and impact across our operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 2–3 years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred.
• CAD or SolidWorks experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives that drive real business results.
• Analyze production data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement and capital projects.
• Create CAD drawings, process documentation, work instructions, and training materials.
• Collaborate with operators, leaders, and engineering teams to solve manufacturing challenges.
• Gain hands-on exposure to equipment, materials, and advanced manufacturing processes.
