Job summary

Faurecia Fraser Plant is seeking a Process Engineer to manage product interfaces with development, design manufacturing processes, and support continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the related technical field.
• Trained in Faurecia Excellence System and Program Management System

Responsibilities

• Interface with the product engineer regarding follow-up from conception to SOP and beyond.
• Define cycle time and align with takt time and standard operations.
• Release and update manufacturing process documents; conduct process FMEA.
• Follow up prototypes and update manufacturing routines through Engineering Change Management.
• Carry out process productivity analyses and implement improvements.
• Provide production support including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Participate in the ME network and support HSE compliance under ISO 14001/45001.
