Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (production or mechanical preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the auto industry.
• Skills include FMEA, TAKT time, ergonomics; strong verbal and written communication; international mindset and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor production processes to ensure feasibility, productivity and quality.
• Manage product interfaces with product development and support change-management processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and production, and participate in the manufacturing engineering network.
