Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing operations.
• Minimum 1 year in a production environment.
• Ability to train and coach within the plant.
• Understanding of P&L and operational levers.

Responsibilities

• Provide FES expertise at the plant level and deploy the FES plan.
• Lead production system deployment, standardized work, and OHP development.
• Lead digital tools deployment and deliver training on NEO, DMC, and mLean.
• Drive lead time reduction through continuous flow and Kanban sizing.
• Run value-management workshops and lead problem-solving for Scrap/Yield.
