Job summary

Forvia is seeking a Plant FES and Productivity Engineer to drive lean deployment and digital tool adoption at the Fraser, MI site. You will develop and implement the Faurecia Excellence System, standard work, OHPs, and training to empower teams and improve performance.

You will lead productivity initiatives, coach teams, run workshops on bottlenecks, cycle times, and KPI gaps, and act as a change agent to foster a continuous improvement mindset across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing operations.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience within a production environment.
• Ability to improve processes and KPI's using FES principles is a plus.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide FES expertise at the plant level and deploy the FES plan.
• Support standardized work, OHP development, and FES training sessions.
• Lead digital tools deployment and ensure data quality with training on tools.
• Identify productivity potential and participate in workshops to reduce gaps.
• Lead change as a FES Network Animator to promote continuous improvement.
